There are many, many useless things that Google Earth allows you to waste perfectly good time doing, and one of them is scouring the surface of our planet to find cows to look at. A group of researchers did just that, discovering something valuable about the direction they sleep in and magnetic navigation and blah blah blah, but seriously: they got paid to look for cows on Google Earth. read more...
